Here is how it works!

STEP 1:
Watch one video (linked below) every day over the next 5 days.

STEP 2:
While watching each video, take notes and write down 3 action items you can put into place each day to help you get 1% closer to your goals!

STEP 3:
After watching all 5 videos and putting together your 15 action items, reflect on your strengths and weaknesses. What areas can you improve on? Gear your action items toward those weaknesses.

STEP 4:
By applying your action items toward your weaknesses, watch your habits, lifestyle, and mindset begin to shift over the next few weeks into a happier and healthier version of you!
